Cancel from 0 to 14 days of arrival you forfeit your deposit.
Cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival there is a $40 cancellation fee (balance of deposit will be refunded to original form of payment)

Reservations of 28 days and more

Cancel from 0 to 14 days of arrival you forfeit your deposit.
Cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival there is a $100 cancellation fee (balance of deposit will be refunded to original form of payment)
