  • No monthly rates are available from May to October.

  • A $200.00 refundable security deposit is due at check-in and refunded within 48 hours of checkout after inspection for damage/missing items.
  • The daily and weekly rate is based on four people. Extra guests will cost $10/day or $25/week.
  • The monthly rate is based on two people. Extra guests will cost $50/month.
  • Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $100 per pet.
  • Monthly rentals pay electricity as per individual meters.
  • Park model check-in at 2:00 p.m. and check-out at 10:00 a.m.
